This July 29th marks the 45th birthday of Wil Wheaton, the actor who played the young Wesley Crusher on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Wheaton's character played a crucial role on the Enterprise-D, providing solutions to devastating problems when it seemed all hope was lost.
